Embryo "Every Beat Matters" is a pre-revenue biomedical project and is the controller of the data collected through this site. For anything related to your personal data you can write to embryo.fetal@outlook.it.
When you use the forms on embryoeverybeatmatters.com (book a call, request the investor deck, work with us, contact) we collect the data you type in: name, email address, role or company, an optional message and, for job applications, an optional LinkedIn profile, personal website or portfolio link and the PDF files you upload (CV, cover letter). We use this data only to reply to your request, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Form submissions are processed through Supabase (backend infrastructure) and confirmation emails are delivered through Resend (email service). The site is served by Netlify (hosting). These providers act as processors and receive only the data needed to handle your request. This site does not use profiling or advertising cookies.
We keep your request and the related correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and for reasonable follow-up, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time.
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing. Write to embryo.fetal@outlook.it and we will act on the request. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

Questi fornitori agiscono come responsabili del trattamento e ricevono solo i dati necessari a gestire la tua richiesta. Questo sito non usa cookie di profilazione o pubblicitari.
Conserviamo la tua richiesta e la corrispondenza collegata per il tempo necessario a gestirla e per un ragionevole follow-up, poi la eliminiamo. Puoi chiederci di eliminarla prima in qualsiasi momento.
Ai sensi degli Articoli da 15 a 22 del GDPR puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opporti al trattamento. Scrivi a embryo.fetal@outlook.it e daremo seguito alla richiesta. Puoi inoltre presentare reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
